       Postdoctoral Position in Visual Psychophysics or Modeling
                 Center for Neurobiology and Behavior
                         Columbia University

    A postdoctoral position in visual psychophysics or computational
    modeling of vision is available immediately in Dr. Ning Qian's lab at
    Columbia. The postdoc will be working on vision-related projects
    including (but not restricted to) binocular depth perception and
    rivalry, motion perception, structure from motion, and visual
    perceptual learning. The details of the on-going projects and recent

    The funding is available for at least three years. The initial
    appointment will be for one year, and will be renewable on a yearly
    basis.

    The candidate should have a strong background in either psychophysics
    or mathematical/computational modeling, as evidenced by first-authored
    publications. Programming skills in Matlab or C will be a plus.
