    The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) has announced
    a competitive Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for research
    and development of neuroscience enabled approaches to
    computer vision.

    NIMA has identified better understanding of brain-based
    mechanisms of visual processing as an enabling technology
    area that has the potential to dramatically impact its
    mission. To realize this potential, NIMA is soliciting
    proposals for research at the intersection of the biological
    visual sciences and computer vision domains.
