POST-DOCTORAL NEUROSCIENTIST

Applications are invited for the post of Postdoctoral Research Fellow to
join a lively research team investigating the physiology and pharmacology
of the visual and somatosensory systems with an emphasis on the role of
glutamate receptors. The work involves a variety of techniques including in
vitro and in vivo electrophysiology, neurohistology and computing. Further

these techniques would be advantageous, full training will be provided
where necessary.
The post will be for 12 months in the first instance. The starting salary
will depend on age and experience and will be on the RA1A pay scale in the
range £16,775 to £25,213 plus £2,134 London Allowance per annum (pay award
pending).
