A Postdoctoral position is available to study developmental plasticity
and functional organization of the visual cortex. The research project
will examine low-level visual mechanisms using various brain imaging and
electrophysiological techniques (e.g. VEPs, ERPs, and Optical Imaging).
We take a multidisciplinary approach to studying development of vision
and the visual system, including psychophysics, anatomy, physiology, and
computer modeling. Applicants should have a background in visual perception,
neurophysiology, or computer vision, and successful applicants will have an
opportunity to gain experience in all of these areas.
The position is available for 2 years.
