CALL FOR PAPERS
Original contributions to Biomedical engineering, based on
theoretical / simulation / experimental research and development
are invited for presentation in the International Conference on
Biomedical Engineering organised by Biomedical Engg. Society of
India and IISc and technically supported by IEEE- EMBS. Only the
papers presented in the conference will be published in the
proceedings. The topics of interest include
Medical Instrumentation Biomedical Signal Processing
Medical Imaging Biomechanics
Biosensors Medical Image Processing
Telemedicine Prosthetics, Rehabilitation
Biomaterials Biometrics
Biorheology Medical Physics

December 22 and 23, 2001 Conference
December 24, 2001 Student Paper Competition
The competition will be conducted for undergraduates,
postgraduates and research students separately. Papers must be
based on actual work done by students. Review papers will not be
considered. 4-page abstracts and 6-page papers are to be in IEEE
format. Electronic submission in PDF/PS is acceptable.
Correspondence will be made with only one author, whose postal
and e-mail addresses are to be explicitly given.
