The Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry invites
applications for faculty positions in our didactic, clinical, and Masters
of Science programs. Applicants must hold an O. D. degree from an
accredited college of optometry and/or a Ph.D. in an appropriate
discipline. Qualified candidates will have residency training and/or
additional expertise in the following areas:
· Chief of Service in pediatrics/binocular vision
· Didactic positions in pre-clinical training and vision science.
· Clinical/didactic positions in primary care, pediatrics/binocular
vision, and contact lenses
Prior experience in optometric education is desired. A demonstrated
commitment to scholarship is expected. Candidates for clinical positions
must be licensed in at least one state.
