Post-Doctoral Position at Weill Medical College of Cornell University
studying optical imaging of neocortical epilepsy and functional architecture
in vivo. Techniques include recording intrinsic signals, multi-unit
recording, voltage-sensitive dyes. We will also be pursuing intraoperative
human imaging. Computer programming, image processing, and/or mammalian
cortical physiology and histology experience highly desirable. Ph.D. and
fluent English required. Ongoing collaborations with various basic
scientists including G. Buzsaki, J . Victor, A. Grinvald, R. Yuste, E.
Kaplan. Possibility to remain on staff as tenure-track faculty, pending
independent funding after 3 years of support. Please send CV, statement
