COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY--The Department of Psychology, University of Texas at
Arlington, invites applications for a tenured or tenure track position in
cognitive psychology, pending budgetary approval. Outstanding candidates at
any level will be considered to augment our already strong research
emphasis. We prefer an experimental researcher in human learning and memory
who will contribute to graduate level training in the cognitive area and in
quantitative methods and experimental design and participate in a center for
research in science learning. The department offers a highly ranked PhD
program in experimental psychology and several applied MA tracks. Research
facilities are excellent. We are located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort
