VisionScienceList: luminance calibration in OpenGL

    I guess many of you must have worked out how to feed OpenGL a table of
    values (using glColorTable?) so that it uses uses your own monitor
    calibration data to render anti-aliased lines etc correctly.

    Anyone got a code snippet (C, Pascal, whatever), and relevant instructions
    re luminance measurement to save me some time?
