and its relation to cognition, action and brain. We have established a

Instructions for Abstract Submission (Deadline December 12, 2001)
Each individual may submit one Abstract. The submitter should be the
senior author and the presenter. (Individuals can be non-first authors on
other Abstracts.) Accepted Abstracts will be published in the meeting
program and in the on-line Journal of Vision.
Each Abstract will be reviewed confidentially by members of the Abstract
Review board, and recommended for Spoken or Poster Sessions. Because
spoken presentations are often preferred, reviewers will rate talk
priority, weighing the submission in terms of importance, novelty, and
generality of interest. Additional weighting will be given to those who
did not speak last year. Submissions with insufficient scientific merit
will be rejected.
Abstracts are limited to 2000 characters (including spaces) which is
approximately 250 words. An additional 100 spaces are allowed for
funding acknowledgements. Since Abstracts will be published (in Journal
of Vision) and subject to copyright, duplicate submissions to other
meetings is not permitted.
Please complete your submission carefully, in the same format as the
examples. Much of the submitted information will appear in Journal of
Vision. Also note that you can include a URL (web address) for an on-line
version of your presentation.
