0100,0100,0100Post doctoral research fellow Vision Laboratory School of Psychology University of Birmingham UK Salary £16,775 - £18,731 (Stirling) Applicants are invited for a one year EPSRC funded post doctoral Research Fellowship working on ‘Cue integration in the processing of visual textures’ directed by Dr Andrew Schofield. The project will involve a psychophysical study of threshold level interactions between orientation and contrast cues. Applicants should have a PhD in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, computer science or a similar discipline. Experience of visual psychophysics, and programming skills are essential. Priority will be give to applicants with a knowledge of C++, MatLab, VSG programming, and second-order vision or texture processing.
