I. Post-doctoral position in Cognitive Neuroscience

A postdoctoral fellow is sought immediately for joining the group of
Prof. Dr. Ruxandra Sireteanu at the Max-Planck-Institute for Brain
Research (in cooperation with the Institute for Psychology, University
of Frankfurt). The successful candidate is supposed to cooperate on a
project sponsored by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche
Forschungsgemeinschaft, BAT IIa) on "Psychophysics, Computer-Aided
Visualization and Functional Imaging in Human Strabismic Amblyopia". The
ideal condidate should have a strong background in cognitive
neuroscience, especially on functioning of the visual system, experience
in programming and a strong committment of scientific excellence.
Previous training could be in Medicine, Psychology, Biology, Physics or
Informatics. The position is for 3 years.

Two PhD fellowships are available immediately in the group of Prof. Dr.
Ruxandra Sireteanu at the Max-Planck-Institute for Brain Research (in
cooperation with the Institute for Psychology, University of Frankfurt).
The successful candidates are supposed to join the interdisciplinary
group in a project sponsored by the German Research Foundation (Deutsche
Forschungsgemeinschaft, BAT II/2) on "Psychophysics, Computer-Aided
Visualization and Functional Imaging in Human Strabismic Amblyopia".
Candidates should have a University Degree (MSc or equivalent) in
Medicine, Psychology, Biology, Physics or Informatics. Programming
skills are desirable. The positon is for 3 years.
