Applications are invited for a post-doctoral position in an Australian
NHMRC funded study of visual processing in individuals with glaucoma, in
the Department of Optometry & Vision Sciences, University of Melbourne.
The project explores novel psychophysical methods for assessing
glaucomatous vision loss. The ideal candidate might have a PhD in clinical
visual psychophysics but candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds
will be considered. Candidates with non-clinical backgrounds in perception
are also encouraged to apply. Prior experience with software development
for visual psychophysics would be helpful but not essential.
