ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, NEUROSCIENCE & BEHAVIOR, Department of Psychology, 
University of California at Santa Barbara.  Applications are sought for a 
tenure-track position beginning July 1, 2006.  The Department is seeking a 
candidate who will contribute to the diversity and excellence of the 
academic community through research, teaching and service.  The Graduate 
Training Program in Neuroscience & Behavior is seeking a candidate in the 
area of neural development and/or plasticity whose research complements 
those within the department (www.psych.ucsb.edu), though strong applicants 
in all areas examining the relationship between brain and behavior will be 
considered.  A Ph.D. in Biopsychology or related discipline is required at 
the time of appointment.  Please send curriculum vitae, statement of
