The Center for Visual Science at the University of Rochester is 
seeking a programmer to develop software for vision research. The 
position involves working with faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and 
graduate students on the development of novel and sophisticated 
instruments to study the eye and brain (for example, see 
http://www.cvs.rochester.edu/research.html). Ideal candidate would 
have familiarity with both Macintosh and PC operating systems, Matlab 
(psych toolbox), C++, Open GL, hardware/software interface (real time 
control of scientific instruments). The successful candidate will 
have considerable independence, working in a vigorous and exciting
