At the request of the Guest Editors, the deadline for the forthcoming Special Issue on Perceptual Organization and Neural Computation has been extended to October 1, 2007. The editors and the journal hope this will allow authors the necessary time to complete their papers for what promises to be an exciting and pivotal issue.
