An NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available to start immediately.  
My laboratory is within the Casey Eye Insitute, Department of  
Ophthalmology, at the Oregon Health and Sciences University. A strong  
background in neuroscience research at the graduate or postgraduate  
level is required. Experience in electrophysiological techniques is  
highly desirable.
The project aims to elucidate the synaptic mechanisms underlying  
visual processing in the outer plexiform layer of the mammalian retina.
Salary is competitive against NIH recommended levels.
Duration: 2 years with possibility of renewal.
