Any area of research strength in the School but 
particularly social or cognitive neuroscience. 
This post can be at any level up to and including 
Reader.

At St Andrews, we are seeking colleagues who will 
join us in an ethos of excellence in both 
research and teaching.  We are currently looking 
to consolidate our research groups, particularly 
our social psychology group, and to ensure that 
we maintain our record of international 
excellence in all areas.

You should have a Ph.D. in psychology or a 
cognate discipline.  Evidence of research 
excellence and the potential to establish a 
significant programme of externally-funded 
research will be expected.  If appointed at a 
senior level, you will be expected to have 
international reputation as a research leader in 
your field.  You should also have the capacity to 
complement and develop existing research groups 
in St Andrews.
