The Laboratory of Psychophysics at the EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland,

is searching for a PH.D. or Post-doctoral student for a project about 
reinforcement learning. Psychophysical experiments will be carried in 
close collaboration with groups from machine learning and theoretical 
physics. A good mathematical understanding is required for this project.

A second position is open for a PhD student in the field of contextual 
modulation. The student will perform psychophysical, TMS, and EEG 
experiments.

A third position is open for preferably, a post-doc in the field of EEG 
or TMS.

PH.D. students will enroll in EPFL's Graduate School of Neuroscience. 
The PH.D position is a four year appointment and salary is approximately 
3.000 CHF/month. Prospective PH.D. students can apply online at
