The goal of this conference is to bring together perceptual and imaging
scientists to explore human vision and cognition, especially as it relates
to emerging technologies.  This conference attracts an international
audience, representing a broad range of disciplines related to human sensory
and cognitive capabilities and a wide spectrum of technologies.  In addition
to the general call, papers are solicited for this year's Special Sessions:

   - Visual, Auditory, and Tactile Interactions
   - Attention and Vigilance for Image Perception, Coding, and Search
   - Perceptual Approaches to Visualization and Visual Analysis for
   Bioinformatics
   - Perceptual issues in Stereoscopic and 3D Technologies
   - Human Color Perception for Imaging, Displays, Printing and Graphics
   - Measuring Perceptual Quality for New Media: Graphics, Multimedia,
   Stereo, 3D
   - Advances in the Perceptual Psychology of Art and Aesthetics
