[visionlist] low light photometer

Dear Visionlist members,

we would like to purchase a sensitive photometer for measuring luminance down in the 
scotopic (sub 0.01 cd/m2) range. Can anyone with experience with such instruments please 
give some ideas and what to watch out for when buying? One thing we need to keep in mind 
is our tight budget. 

Any useful hints are appreciated. Thank you!
