I am interested to know the irradiance (photons/micron2 x sec) of 470 nm light incident at the retinal surface that is necessary to inactivate (adapt) rod photoreceptors in rabbit retina. Values in photopic lux would also be helpful. Any references or other information would be greatly appreciated.
