Applications are invited for two postdoc positions in Hanchuan Peng Lab at Janelia Farm Research Campus, Howard Hughes Medical Institute. This lab is one of the leading research labs in the fields of large-scale bioimage analysis and informatics, data mining, visualization, and computational neuroscience. These positions are related to image analysis, pattern recognition, data mining, machine learning, and data visualization of large volume of 3D biological imaging data of animal brains and neuronal structures. The research projects will tackle several challenging, but highly rewarding, problems of neuroscience and computer science. The candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in CS, EE, or BME and strong programming skills, and enjoy an interactive research environment.


The positions will be renewable depending on the performance. The compensation will be competitive, along with many excellent benefits.
