*ECEM 2011 (16th European Conference on Eye Movements)
Marseille, August 21-25, **2011*
*This is a reminder that the deadline for Abstract Submissions is March
15, 2011 (latest midnight on earth!!)! *
*Abstract Submissions*: Any work related to the study of eye movements
from a psychological, neurobiological, clinical, computational or
applied perspective can be submitted as an oral or poster presentation.
Oral presentations will last 20mn (including 5 min of questions).
Abstracts will be peer reviewed. We cannot guarantee that we will
respect the authors' preferences. Depending on thenumber of submissions
we receive, some talks may be turned into poster presentations._Please
note also that __each participant will be first author of one oral
presentation only (including oral presentations in symposia), and each
talk will be given by the first author of the corresponding
abstract._However, each participant will co-author as many oral
presentations as he/she wants, and each participant will be first author
or co-author on as many posters as he/she wants. Notification of
abstract acceptance will be sent no later than the end of May.
If you are a doctoral or postdoctoral student, please recall that there
will be two Awards for the two best poster contributions by a student.
One, offered by the Cognitive Science Society (CSS), will be attributed
to the best contribution in Cognitive Sciences; priority for this price
will be given to interdisciplinary work. The other, offered by SR
Research, will be open to every kind of contribution.
*Abstracts will be submitted online on the ECEM website no later than
March 15, 2011.

Please note that *Registration is open.* If you do not want to pay extra
(+100EUR), do register before June 30, 2011. This will also allow you to
benefit from ECEM special rates in several hotels. Recall that Marseille
is very busy during the summer period and that you should not wait too
long to reserve your hotel room. In addition, some ECEM special rates
run only until beginning or mid-march...
