[visionlist] Photometer purchasing

Hello Everyone!

Could anyone recommend a good, modern handheld photometer for measuring
luminance and color values off CRT and LCD screens?  Most of the resources I
have checked out so far are either no longer in business or have sales staff
that don't follow up.
