MICCAI Workshop on Breast Image Analysis

The purpose of this workshop is to bring together researchers in the  
field of breast imaging to discuss and exchange new ideas and  
applications, and to provide a platform for breast image analysis  
methodology across all imaging modalities.

We invite the submission of papers related to the following topics:

      - Models for breast deformation
      - Breast image registration
      - Multimodal image analysis
      - Breast density analysis and risk assessment
      - Computer aided detection and diagnosis (CADe and CADi)
      - Quantitative analysis of breast MRI
      - Measuring response to treatment
      - Relating image derived features to other risk factors

Important dates:

      - Deadline for submission:                     June 1,       2011
      - Notification of acceptance:                  July 15,      2011
      - Workshop registration due:                   August 1,     2011
      - Submission deadline for accepted papers:     August 15,    2011
      - Workshop date:                               September 18, 2011
