Dr. Paul E. Dux (www.paulduxlab.org) and Prof. Jason B. Mattingley (
www.psy.uq.edu.au/directory/index.html?id=1139#show_Activities) seek a
highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Cognitive Neuroscience to
work in their labs in The School of Psychology at The University of
Queensland. The School is internationally recognised for research strengths
across the breadth of psychology, and has thriving and dynamic research
profiles in Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.

*The role:* The appointee will join a team of researchers working on an
Australian Research Council funded program which broadly examines the
cognitive and neural underpinnings of attentional and multitasking capacity
limitations and employs behavioural, neuroimaging, neurostimulation and
neuropsychological approaches. There is also considerable opportunity for
independent research on related topics.

*The person:* This position would suit someone with a background in
psychology, cognitive science, neuroscience or a related field. Experience
in attention research, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and/or
functional imaging (e.g., fMRI) is desirable but not necessary. Applicants
must have completed or be nearing completion of a PhD on a relevant topic.

*Remuneration:* The remuneration package will be in the range $53,780 - $
72,949, plus employer superannuation contributions of 17% (total package
will be in the range $62,923 to $85,351 p.a.). This is a full-time, fixed
term appointment for one year at academic research level A, with the
possibility of renewal for up to 3 years (given satisfactory performance).
