I recently received this:

with an Elo (http://www.elotouch.com) 5-wire resistive touch mechanism. 
It seems to work pretty well. Once you install the driver, the screen 
appears to the system like an ordinary mouse. So, you can access the 
data with GetMouse if you are using Psychophysics Toolbox 
(http://www.psychtoolbox.org)
