This position is strictly for a developmental person - but a visual
development person would be very welcome. UW has strong vision and
developmental faculty colleagues, good MR and MEG facilities, and Seattle is
a lovely place to live.

UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON - DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY
The Department of Psychology expects to fill one full-time tenure track
Assistant or Associate Professor position in the area of DEVELOPMENTAL
PSYCHOLOGY. Area of research specialization is open but we are seeking
candidates who support our collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to
research.
Applicants are expected to have an excellent publication record, strong
promise for the receipt of extramural funding, and demonstrated teaching
effectiveness. Duties will include teaching and mentoring at both the
undergraduate and graduate levels, research, and service. We are seeking an
individual whose training and research involves core issues in developmental
psychology, a strong grounding in developmental theory, cutting-edge
methods, and who also has the ability to foster collaborations with other
areas in psychology.
