SENIOR RESEARCH ENGINEER

Buhler Sortex Ltd has a vacancy for a Senior Research Engineer in its Research & Development Department.

The primary focus of the role is to undertake research in the area of optical sorting. This research involves investigations into current sorting technologies as well as emerging technologies, covering topics such as: machine vision & machine learning.

Successful candidates will have a good first degree and a strong track record of research, whether in academia or industry.  Successful candidates will also be able to show evidence of an aptitude for undertaking research that delivers innovation and have a willingness to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Salary is dependent on experience.
