[visionlist] APA-rules for the preparation of manuscripts

Among other things I like about JOV is the freedom to order and shape
sections in the way the author(s) think best, and especially the use of
Appendices for supplemental math, data, etc so that the main story can be
told in a straightforward manner (In fairness this aspect has also been
true for Vision Research).  Perhaps we can have a rather small Handbook of
JOV Style, that other journals may want to follow.
