               SECOND CALL FOR PARTICIPATION
                 VSS Satellite Workshop on
Mathematical and Computational Models in Vision (MODVIS)
May 10-11, Edgewater Beach Hotel, Naples FL

MODVIS 2012 is a small workshop dedicated to the investigation of formal
models in vision research. We are soliciting presentations on topics from
the following non-exhaustive list:

- General approaches to modeling
- Computational techniques (e.g., machine learning)
- Formal models of specific problems:
    - Detection and discrimination
    - Perceptual learning
    - Motor behavior (including eye movements)
    - Depth perception (including stereopsis)
    - Object recognition

The program is filling up, but there are a few speaking slots left.
For more information please see the workshop web site:

Early registration ends March 31st.
