[visionlist] Watson receives Presidential Rank Award

Andrew Watson, of NASA Ames Research Center, has received a Presidential Rank Award from the President of the United States. 
Each year the President recognizes a small group of career Senior Executives and Senior Professionals with the Presidential Rank Award. 
Dr. Watson received the award for his leadership and distinguished contributions in the areas of vision science and human factors.
