The Computer Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University
(METU, Ankara) invites applications for a number of tenure-track faculty
positions.

The department, being one of the biggest and most established Computer
Engineering Departments in Turkey, has 30 faculty members and about 600
undergraduate and 400 graduate students. Being one of the most active
departments in the university, the department has many national and
European Funded projects. The department emphasizes both high quality
research and teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels. More

METU is a public, research-intensive technical university in Ankara,
Turkey. Established on a main campus area of 45 km2, including a forest
area of 30 km2, METU provides an excellent environment for an academic

worldwide. Since the language of teaching is English, METU also attracts
foreign students from Europe, Asia, and Middle East. Moreover, METU has the

Applicants in all areas of computer science and engineering (CS&E ) will be
considered. All candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in CS&E fields and must
