24TH ANNUAL BAY AREA VISION RESEARCH DAY 

The Berkeley Vision Science
program is pleased to announce that the 24th annual BAVRD will be held on
August 15th in Stanley Hall on UC Berkeley's campus! 

It is a _free_
one-day meeting which is dedicated to fostering a collaborative community
in the Bay Area by bringing together all vision-related fields - including
neuroscience, ophthalmology, psychology, optics and computer science.


This year's speakers are no exception - covering everything from computer
vision to retina prosthesis to cellular mechanisms of disease! Check out

speakers. 

As in past years, there will be a poster session after the
talks. Registration is live, so if you want to show off your recent
findings to scientists from all over the Bay Area, we encourage you to sign
up ASAP as space is limited.
