[visionlist] Submission deadline extension: 2nd International conference on 3D imaging, Liege, Dec

Dear colleagues

Two updates regarding this meeting.

1. The deadline for submissions has now been extended to 17th September
2. IEEE Signal Processing Society (technical co-sponsor of the  
meeting) has announced that the proceedings of IC3D will be included  
in their digital library, 'IEEE Xplore'.
