* * *     THIS  IS  A  GRANT FUNDED POSITION  * * *



The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and testing
program participants for research study in cognitive neuroscience.  Will be
responsible for conducting statistical analysis data utilizing Excel &
SPSS. Will manage grant expenses and distribution of petty cash. Performs
other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field, and at least six months
experience in a research setting. An equivalent combination of education
and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities:

*Experience working with human subjects in a clinical research environment.

*Must be able to work evening or occasional weekend, as required.

*Must be able to travel to off site locations and have reliable
transportation.

*Demonstrated computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, Access, & PowerPoint), SPSS, MATLAB, and SPM8.

*Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

*Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and work under tight deadlines.

*Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills,
including the ability to interact with a diverse constituent population.

*Demonstrated professional demeanor and sensitivity towards research
participants.

*Must be able to move specialized computer equipment when necessary

*Experience analyzing fMRI data.

*Must be able to lift, carry or push boxes, machines wieghing 10-30 lbs.
