*Postdoctoral Position in Cognitive Neuroscience of Visual Memory*



We are seeking a motivated and creative postdoctoral fellow to join the
laboratory of Prof. Roberto Cabeza (www.cabezalab.org) at the Center for
Cognitive Neuroscience of Duke University (www.mind.duke.edu). The position
may start any time between November 2012 and August 2013.



Research will focus on the interactions between vision, memory, and
attention. Within the broad area of visual memory, the postdoctoral fellow
will have the freedom to design her/his own studies. Available techniques
include fMRI, DTI, ERPs, and TMS. fMRI scanning is conducted at the nearby
Brain Imaging and Analysis Center (www.biac.duke.edu). fMRI methods
incorporate functional connectivity, representational similarity, and
multivoxel pattern analyses.  The position includes ample RA support and
collaborations with graduate students and faculty at CCN and BIAC.



The ideal candidate will have (1) a background in memory, vision, and/or
attention, (2) experience in fMRI and/or ERPs, and (3) a promising
publication record with at least one first-author paper. Send a CV to
