Faculty Positions, Department of Neuroscience, Baylor College of
Medicine

 

The Department of Neuroscience at Baylor College of Medicine invites
applications for tenure-track faculty positions, preferably at the
assistant professor level, but accomplished scientists at the associate
professor level with strong records of research productivity, grant
support and a demonstrated collaborative spirit are also encouraged to
apply. Research interests may focus on basic or disease related
neuroscience, but special attention will be given to those applying
state-of-the-art molecular and/or electrophysiological approaches.

 

The Department of Neuroscience at BCM is located within a dynamic
collaborative research environment on the Texas medical Center, with one
of the highest densities of clinical, translational, and basic science
research facilities in the world. The Neuroscience Department, including
primary and affiliated faculty, is a vibrant community with strong ties
to Psychiatry, Neurology and Neurological Research Institute (NRI), as
well as Rice University.
