Dear colleagues

In celebrating 100th year of Gestalt Psychology, the Configural
Processing Consortium (CPC) is holding its 7th annual meeting on
Wednesday, November 14th, 2012, the day before OPAM and the opening of
Psychonomics. This meeting is composed of talks and discussions that
examine configural processing, perceptual grouping, and Gestalt
Psychology. This year we will ask questions such as: what have we
learned from a century of Gestalt Psychology, and what are the big
questions to pursue in the next millennium?

The meeting will take place at the University of Minnesota. Attendance
is free. We are accepting abstracts for talks. We welcome both
empirical studies and theoretical treatments of configural processing.
Talks will be 15-20 minutes long followed by discussions. In addition to
speakers, we also invite nominations of discussants. We regret that
space limitations prevent us from accepting posters this year.

Deadline for abstracts and nominations is October 25th. Please send
abstracts and/or names of discussants to Ami Eidels
(Ami.Eidels at newcastle.edu.au <mailto:Ami.Eidels at newcastle.edu.au>).

Kind regards,

Ami Eidels
