[visionlist] analog-to-digital converter

[Watson, Andrew B. (ARC-TH)]

We are looking for an inexpensive USB-based analog-to-digital converter solution for use in display measurement in a vision lab. 
We would like something with appreciable range (12 bits) and speed (10 KHz) and an API for the Apple Mac OS X. 
Any advice, solutions, or experience in this regard would be appreciated. 
If there are sufficient responses, we will post a summary to the list.
