We are seeking applications for a postdoctoral position in the Egner Lab in
the Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at Duke University. We are primarily
studying the neural mechanisms of cognitive control and predictive coding,
using behavioral/modeling, fMRI and TMS approaches (see
http://sites.google.com/site/egnerlab/). The position is NIH-funded,
full-time, and starts in April 2013 (though later dates are possible). The
initial contract will be for 1 year but can be renewed for up to three
years. The successful candidate will have a strong background and
publication record in cognitive neuroscience, and research interests that
closely overlap with those of the lab. Programming skills and expertise in
fMRI are prerequisites; experience with TMS and computational modeling are
