POSTDOCTORAL POSITION AT Carnegie Mellon University

 

Postdoc position in computer vision and machine learning at Carnegie Mellon
University (CMU)

 

Starting date: April 2013

 

One postdoctoral position is available in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie
Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA campus. The candidate will be responsible
for developing algorithms for semantic image and video classification.  A
strong background in computer vision and machine learning is required. The
candidate needs prior experience in topics related to visual classification
and  publications in top computer vision conferences and journals.  This
will be initially a one year position with the possibility of an extension,
pending funding. The post-doc will also coordinate the work of several
graduate students throughout the year.
