LECTURER IN OPTOMETRY AND VISION SCIENCES, THE UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE

Salary: Level A: $75,404 - $80,939 p.a. (Level A6-A8) or Level B: $85,203 - $101,175 p.a., plus 17% superannuation. Level of appointment is subject to qualifications and experience.
The Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences seeks to appoint a lecturer (fixed term) into the Doctor of Optometry Program.
You will teach subjects at graduate level and supervise research students at MSc, MPhil and PhD levels* (*commensurate with the level of appointment). An established research specialisation in an aspect of Optometry and Vision Sciences is expected, as is the potential to achieve a high level of research performance through refereed publications and by the securing of research grants.
You will also play a role in the development and delivery of collaborative engagement programs in the Department of Optometry and Vision Sciences.
