[vslist] 10th International Myopia Conference

The International Myopia Conferences have been held at irregular intervals 
over the past 40 years. Recently they have been held every 2 years, most 
recently in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
They are multidisciplinary, involving clinicians and scientists from all 
backgrounds. Presentations in 2004 will include: The Chew Sek-jin Memorial 
Lecture, keynote addresses, free papers and posters.
The 10th International Myopia Conference will be held in Cambridge, from 
19th to 22nd July 2004.
