Biomedical Engineer/Vision Scientist:
The ideal candidate for this position should have a thorough understanding
of the physiology of the human eye, in particular with regard to refraction,
accommodation, visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and high order
aberrations. The responsibility of this position will include the design,
performance, and analysis of clinical experiments in vision science that
will lay the foundation for the development of new ophthalmic diagnostic
technologies. 5+ years experience in clinical vision research and/or
development of ophthalmic equipment or devices is required. Must be hands on
and detail oriented with good mathematical and analytical ability.
