POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP IN VISUAL NEUROSCIENCE

A postdoctoral position is available immediately at SUNY-College of 
Optometry to study the circuitry of the primary visual cortex and the 
construction of cortical receptive fields. We measure single-unit activity 
from multiple neurons that are simultaneously recorded in cortex and 
thalamus while combining reverse correlation and cross-correlation analysis 
to quantify receptive field properties and connectivity. Applicants should 
have prior experience in electrophysiological techniques. Please, send vita
