Postdoctoral Position in Color Vision
Visual Science Laboratories, University of Chicago
A postdoctoral research position will be available this
summer to study color vision. The aim of the project is
to understand the neural processes mediating color
perception in complex scenes and natural environments.
Excellent laboratory facilities (including fMRI) are
available in an active, collaborative environment of visual
science graduate students, post-docs and faculty.
Applicants should have experience conducting psychophysical
studies, and some familiarity with computational modeling.
Knowledge of C and/or MATLAB in a Mac or UNIX environment
would be a benefit. Excellent written and spoken English
required. Salary is according to the NIH scale and
includes many university benefits. Start date is flexible.
