The Department of Psychology at the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA invites=20=
applications for two full-time, tenure-track, assistant professors with=20=
service to begin August 7, 2004. The applicants will be expected to=20
establish an independent program of research that can garner extramural=20=
support, to supervise and mentor graduate students, to teach graduate=20
and undergraduate classes, and to participate in departmental=20
governance. Applicants must have the Ph.D. degree by the time of the=20
appointment. Post-doctoral experience is highly desirable. We are=20
seeking psychologists whose program of research focuses on ANY area of=20=
psychology and who are conducting empirical, theory-driven research=20
with humans. The domain of the search ranges across the spectrum of=20
psychological science. The department has particular needs in some=20
areas (such as, but not limited to, Social, Developmental, and=20
Cognitive). We have a special interest in a Cognitive Neuroscientist=20
who utilizes electrophysiological, optical or radiological neuroimaging.
The salary is negotiable. Send statements describing research program=20
