[vslist] WANTED - Research Strobe Required

Greetings,

We are looking for a source or contact where we may purchase a strobe 
and  control system which will permits us to externally trigger and 
control the frequency and duration of the off/on power cycles.  I am 
tried of looking at strobe systems designed for your kids or the local 
disco hall .
